Teacher Marilena Santucci dies suddenly in Italy

Marilena Santucci, a 50-year-old religion teacher known for her work in the Vallesina region, has passed away following a sudden illness. Santucci, originally from Puglia but a longtime resident of Moie, taught at several local institutions, including the Federico II Comprehensive Institute in Jesi, the "Beniamino Gigli" institute in Monte Roberto, and the Cupramontana nursery school.

At the time of her death, Santucci was staying at her mother's home after suffering a shoulder fracture during a fall the previous week. Due to the sudden nature of her passing, her family has requested an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.

Colleagues and school administrators have expressed profound grief. Massimo Fabrizi, the head of the Federico II Comprehensive Institute, offered condolences, stating, "It is with heartfelt condolences that I express, on behalf of all the staff of the institute, my condolences to the family and all the loved ones of Marilena Santucci, our nursery teacher."
