Teacher Nicola Sante Bruno killed by bus in Spinazzola

Nicola Sante Bruno, a 39-year-old support teacher at the Ettore Majorana Institute in Bari, died after being struck by a bus in Spinazzola, Italy. The accident occurred on Friday morning in the Epitaffio district on the outskirts of the town.

Preliminary reports suggest the teacher may have attempted to stop the bus, which had just departed from a stop, in an effort to board it for his daily commute to work. The incident took place around 6:30 a.m. under low-visibility conditions.
