Teachers in Pollenza complete ceramic workshop for primary school students

Teachers from the Fratelli Cervi Primary School in Macerata participated in a ceramic workshop at the Egan company in Pollenza. The training session, which lasted nearly five hours, allowed educators to learn various clay processing techniques, including coil building and slab construction.

The goal of the initiative is to bring these manual and creative skills into the classroom for students aged 6 to 10. The curriculum will cover the origins of clay, the modeling process, and firing, allowing children to create small objects such as animals or decorated tiles using natural elements like leaves and shells for texture.
