Team Falcons wins Rocket League RLCS Worlds 2026

Team Falcons has won the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) Worlds 2026 in Fort Worth, Texas, marking the first time a Middle Eastern organization has secured a world title. After overcoming a difficult start in the play-ins, the Saudi Arabian roster—consisting of Rw9, Kiileerrz, and dralii—advanced through the lower bracket, defeating FURIA, Shopify Rebellion, and NRG.

In the semi-finals, Falcons secured a 4-2 victory against the French organization Karmine Corp, avenging a previous loss in the group stage. They followed this with a dominant 4-0 sweep against Spacestation Gaming in the grand final.

Coinciding with the tournament conclusion, Psyonix announced that Rocket League will transition to Unreal Engine 6 in 2027. The announcement included a promotional video featuring professional players, such as Alexis ‘Zen’ Bernier and Victor ‘Ferra’ Francal, to highlight the upcoming engine upgrade. The developer aims to use professional feedback to ensure the game maintains its core mechanics while introducing enhanced textures and updated interfaces.
