Team NINJA announces Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember release date

Team NINJA and KOEI TECMO Europe have announced that Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember is scheduled for release on March 4, 2027. The dark fantasy action RPG will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, PC via Steam and Xbox, and through Xbox Game Pass.

Set in China in 208 AD following the events of the previous title, the game features a shift toward an open-field and open-world design. This new structure emphasizes verticality and movement, introducing acrobatic mechanics such as wall running, jumping, and aerial attacks. The combat system has been enhanced with Intuitive Skills, allowing players to use the terrain for counterattacks and more dynamic maneuvers.

A limited-time Alpha Demo is currently available for testing on Xbox, PlayStation, and Steam.
