Team USA wins gold at Para Dressage World Championships

The United States Para Dressage team secured the gold medal at the FEI Para Dressage World Championships in Aachen, Germany. The squad, which includes Marie Vonderheyden, Fiona Howard, Rebecca Hart, and Kate Shoemaker, achieved a record-setting team score of 236.135 over two days of competition.

Germany took the silver medal with a total score of 229.875, while the Netherlands earned the bronze with 227.639. Beyond the podium finishes, the competition served as a qualifying event for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympics, with Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Great Britain, Italy, France, and Sweden securing their spots.
