French esports organization Team Vitality has announced the contract renewals of two of its prominent Counter-Strike 2 players, Mathieu ‘ZywOo’ Herbaut and Dan ‘apEX’ Madesclaire, through 2028.

The announcement was made during the Esports World Cup in Paris. Both players have been with the organization since 2018. Mathieu ‘ZywOo’ Herbaut, who was named the world’s best Counter-Strike player four times as of early 2026, expressed satisfaction with remaining at a single club where he has built his career.

Dan ‘apEX’ Madesclaire, a veteran with 37 career titles, indicated that this may be his final professional contract, noting he anticipates retirement around age 36. The organization aims to maintain its competitive standing and remain among the top three teams in the world rankings.
