Team Volley Messina faces sports facility shortages

Team Volley Messina has resumed competitive activities but faces significant challenges regarding sports facilities. The club, which has nearly 400 registered athletes, is currently unable to use the Juvara Gym due to a delay in its delivery, which was originally expected by the end of August.

Following the closure of PalaRussello, the club has been forced to rely on spaces at PalaTracuzzi and has even resorted to training outdoors when weather permits. General Director Carmelo Siracusa expressed hope that the municipal administration will provide suitable spaces, potentially including school gyms, to accommodate the growing number of athletes and meet the needs of their families.
