Teambuilding 2 released in Romanian cinemas
The Romanian comedy film ‘Teambuilding 2’ has been released in cinemas across the country. A sequel to the 2022 hit that drew over one million viewers, the new installment follows characters Horia, Emil, and Lorena as they navigate a changing workplace shaped by artificial intelligence and generational divides between Millennials and Gen Z.
Directed by Letiția Roșculeț and produced by Vidra Productions, the film’s plot moves the setting to a vineyard resort in the Republic of Moldova. The production aims to build on the popularity of the first film, which remains a highly cited favorite among Romanian cinema audiences.
In related cultural news, the ‘Romanian Film Days’ event is returning to the B. P. Hasdeu Theater in Cahul, Moldova. On October 9 and 10, the theater will host free screenings of the classic adventure film ‘Drumul oaselor’ and the 2026 production ‘Atlasul Universului’ for the public.
