TeamSystem valuation reaches up to €10bn in minority stake deal
Private equity firms Francisco Partners and KKR have agreed to acquire minority stakes in the Italian business software provider TeamSystem. The transaction values the company between €8 billion and €10 billion.
According to reports, Francisco Partners is expected to acquire approximately 10% of the company from majority owner Hellman & Friedman (H&F). A separate stake of roughly 5% is being sold to a group of investors that includes KKR. This move allows H&F to realize a portion of its investment while maintaining significant exposure to the business.
TeamSystem specializes in accounting, payroll, and business management software, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises. The company has seen substantial growth since H&F’s initial investment in 2016, with reported revenue exceeding €1.3 billion and an adjusted EBITDA of €476 million in 2025.
