Tešanj International Fair opens with focus on energy and SMEs
The 20th Tešanj International Fair has opened, featuring over 800 exhibitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the surrounding region, and abroad. The United States is participating as the partner country for this edition, which runs until September 26. A central theme of the fair is the energy sustainability of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a specific focus on the South Gas Interconnection.
Nezir Pivić, Prime Minister of Zenica-Doboj Canton, described the canton as the backbone of the country's economy, noting its strong production and export-oriented industries. The event serves as a significant platform for business meetings, new partnerships, and investments.
ProCredit Bank is also participating for the fourth consecutive year, emphasizing its support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Amir Salkanović, Chairman of the Board of ProCredit Bank, highlighted the fair's role in promoting the Bosnian economy and helping local companies diversify their markets by connecting with regional business partners.
