Teatr Klasyki Polskiej to perform ‘Ambasador’ in Suwałki

The Teatr Klasyki Polskiej will present a production of Sławomir Mrożek’s play ‘Ambasador’ at the Suwałki Cultural Center on October 8 at 7:00 PM. Directed by Jarosław Gajewski, the play explores themes of absurdity and the human condition through a mix of comedy and tragedy.

Written in the 1980s, the drama originally referenced the political realities of the Cold War. The story follows a protagonist facing profound life changes, including the loss of his wife and the disappearance of the state that served as his existential foundation. The production features Andrzej Mastalerz in the lead role, supported by Dariusz Kowalski, Bartosz Turzyński, Małgorzata Mikołajczak, and Maciej Wyczański.
