Teatri di Siena opens 2026/2027 season with Belle and the Beast musical

The Teatri di Siena have launched their 2026/2027 season with the national premiere of ‘Belle e la Bestia – Il Musical’ at the Teatro dei Rinnovati. Under the artistic direction of Vincenzo Bocciarelli, the event featured a red carpet ceremony at the Cortile del Podestà attended by various figures from the Italian film, television, and theater industries.

The musical production, directed by Luca Cattaneo with music by Enrico Galimberti, stars Giulia Penna as Belle, Fabrizio Voghera as the Beast, and Sergio Muniz as Miguel.

In addition to the performance, the event included a social initiative in collaboration with AIDAP Ricerca e Prevenzione. The partnership focused on raising awareness regarding eating disorders and the importance of self-acceptance, themes that align with the underlying messages of the musical.
