Teatro del Bicentenario to host La Traviata production

The Teatro del Bicentenario is preparing for its tenth anniversary with a production of Giuseppe Verdi’s opera, La Traviata. The production is being brought directly from the Teatro Colón, including major sets, costumes, props, and specialized drapery.

This specific staging features direction by Emilio Sagi, set design by Daniel Bianco, and costume design by Renata Schussheim. The local team will handle the technical and artistic staging of the work, which is based on Alexandre Dumas fils’s ‘The Lady of the Camellias’. The performance is scheduled for October.
