Teatro Due Mondi to perform Bremen Town Musicians in Riolunato

Teatro Due Mondi will present ‘Le nuove avventure dei Musicanti di Brema’ (The New Adventures of the Bremen Town Musicians) on August 13 at 9:00 PM in Piazza Don Antonio Battilani, Riolunato. The performance is part of the third edition of the Stralunato Festival.

Directed by Alberto Grilli and written by Gigi Bertoni, the production reimagines the classic Grimm brothers' fairy tale for a modern audience. The play features live music and is designed for children aged four and up. The narrative explores themes of hospitality and migration, following the animal protagonists as they encounter a disoriented stork and search for a welcoming city that can embrace children from diverse backgrounds.

The production features Tanja Horstmann, Angela Pezzi, Maria Regosa, and Renato Valmori, with musical direction by Antonella Talamonti. Admission to the event is free.
