Tecate Comuna 2026 returns to Foro Cholula

The Tecate Comuna 2026 music festival has officially confirmed it will return to its original venue, Foro Cholula, in Puebla. This decision reverses a previously announced move to the Autódromo Miguel E. Abed in Amozoc.

The initial relocation sparked significant backlash from attendees on social media, who cited concerns regarding logistics, distance, and transportation. Some consumers even sought intervention from the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) to request refunds or cancellations.

Organizers stated that the return to Foro Cholula follows a dialogue aimed at ensuring proper production, operation, and mobility conditions. The festival is scheduled for November 28, 2026. All previously purchased tickets remain valid, and no additional exchange or revalidation procedures are required. The musical lineup, featuring artists such as Caifanes, The Flaming Lips, and The Mars Volta, remains unchanged.
