Tech and AI innovation initiatives launched in Argentina and El Salvador

Regional initiatives in Argentina and El Salvador are focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence and technological innovation within local business ecosystems.

In San Salvador de Jujuy, Argentina, the municipality has launched ‘San Salvador Conecta’, a free series of meetings designed to foster networking and idea exchange among entrepreneurs, students, and tech professionals. The first session, scheduled for October 6, will feature Elisandro Santos, an artificial intelligence specialist and author, to discuss emerging technologies and digital transformation.

In El Salvador, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Camarasal) hosted the ‘Business Connect & Innovation 2026’ event. The gathering addressed how AI, digital trust, and shifting consumer behaviors are impacting the business landscape. Camarasal President Leticia Escobar emphasized the importance of these spaces for helping companies adapt to constant technological and market changes. The event included sessions on leadership during uncertainty and tools for business self-assessment.
