Dell expands AI Factory with NVIDIA-partnered infrastructure

Dell Technologies is expanding its Dell AI Factory, developed in collaboration with NVIDIA, to include new servers, workstations, and configurations designed for deploying agentic AI. The expansion aims to help organizations transition from pilot programs to full-scale production while maintaining control over data, costs, and system operations.

As part of this ecosystem, Dell is integrating various software and management services. Notable partners include Dynatrace for AI monitoring, Mistral for knowledge assistance and agent platforms, and Fogsphere for computer vision solutions. The offering also incorporates SUSE Linux to provide diverse operating system choices.

Dell reports that over 6,500 clients are currently utilizing these solutions. The company suggests that maintaining on-premises infrastructure could be up to 90% more cost-effective than public cloud alternatives over a two-year period, depending on workload characteristics and maintenance costs.
