Tech Mahindra unveils Zero Gravity Telco Architecture for AI transformation

Tech Mahindra has unveiled its Zero Gravity Telco Architecture™, a strategic framework intended to assist communication service providers (CSPs) in transitioning toward AI-native and autonomous operations.

The company identified a phenomenon termed ‘Legacy Gravity,’ where decades of accumulated business logic, rules, and fragmented data within existing systems act as a barrier to AI integration. This structural inconsistency often prevents AI initiatives from successfully moving into core operations.

The new architecture aims to address these challenges by simplifying technology estates and migrating essential business rules and definitions into a shared, governed layer. This creates a trusted foundation that allows AI agents to operate more safely and effectively.
