Palantir, Lam Research and Palo Alto Networks See Analyst Upgrades amid AI Surge
Wall Street analysts have turned bullish on several AI‑related technology firms. Palantir Technologies is rated a buy with a median price target of $200, suggesting a 79% upside from its current $112 share price, while SanDisk is seen as overvalued with a median target of $1,702, implying a 19% decline. Palantir reported Q1 revenue up 85% to $1.6 billion and non‑GAAP net income of $0.33 per share.
Erste Group Bank raised its FY2026 earnings‑per‑share forecast for Lam Research to $5.68, up from $5.66, matching the consensus estimate. The semiconductor maker posted Q2 earnings of $1.47 per share, beating expectations, and revenue of $5.84 billion, a 23.8% year‑over‑year increase.
Palo Alto Networks’ shares climbed 2.7% after Arete Research lifted its price target from $185 to $433 and kept a buy rating. Other firms, including Deutsche Bank, Benchmark and Evercore, also raised targets into the $340–$350 range, reflecting strong demand for cybersecurity solutions driven by the AI boom.
