Techcombank launches zero-fee foreign exchange program for Asian travel

Techcombank has launched a program titled “Vi vu châu Á - Không phí ngoại tệ” (Travel Asia - No Foreign Exchange Fees) to cater to the growing trend of minimalist travel among Vietnamese travelers. This travel style focuses on prioritizing meaningful experiences by reducing complexity in luggage, scheduling, and payments.

The program offers international payment solutions designed to optimize costs and convenience across seven popular Asian destinations, including Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand. As digital integration becomes standard for booking and planning, the initiative aims to address the increasing demand for seamless, card-based, or mobile wallet-integrated international transactions, reducing the need for large amounts of cash.
