Techem receives second audit berufundfamilie certification

Techem, an energy service provider, has been awarded the ‘audit berufundfamilie’ certificate for the second time. Following its initial certification in 2023, the company successfully completed a re-audit process.

The certification recognizes Techem’s commitment to a family- and life-phase-conscious personnel policy. Current measures to support employees in balancing professional and private life include flexible working models, support for those with children or relatives requiring care, mentoring programs, and alternative leadership models.

As part of the re-audit, Techem plans to further expand these offerings by strengthening flexible and reduced working hour models, developing life-phase-oriented personnel planning, and integrating work-life balance more deeply into leadership, personnel development, and project work.
