Technological showcases held in Hungary

Various technological events and exhibitions have taken place in Hungary, highlighting advancements in industrial machinery and robotics.

Vendo Kft. celebrated its 35th anniversary by hosting an Open House event. The exhibition featured live demonstrations of over 100 sheet metal processing machines, including Durma servo-hydraulic CNC press brakes and laser processing technologies, aimed at providing hands-on experience for potential machine tool buyers.

In Szeged, PC Trade Systems organized the eighth SZeBIT event. A primary attraction was the live demonstration of AUT-o-Máté, a Unitree G1 Edu3 humanoid robot developed by the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME). The robot, designed for research and education, features stereo cameras, laser sensors, and a battery life of over two hours. The event also included the RoboFarm Challenge, a LEGO robot programming competition for youth.
