TechTrain announces AI recruitment seminars and 2026 mentor networking event

TechTrain, a service provider specializing in the recruitment of student engineers and new IT talent, has announced two upcoming initiatives to support the growing demand for AI and IT professionals.

In collaboration with Insource, TechTrain will host a free online seminar titled ‘Approaches that resonate with new AI/IT talent even in difficult recruitment eras’. The sessions, scheduled for August 25 and September 15, 2026, aim to help companies address challenges such as low scout response rates and candidate withdrawals. The seminar will cover market trends, effective job description creation, and methods for rapid onboarding and talent development.

Additionally, TechTrain will host ‘Mentor Kaigi 2026’ on November 6, 2026, at the Yappli office in Roppongi, Tokyo. This invitation-only event serves as an annual gathering for the company’s mentors, engineers, designers, and project managers to foster professional connections. The 2026 theme is ‘Wa’, representing connection, harmony, and celebration.
