Tecámac to host new public Aeronautical University

Governor Delfina Gómez Álvarez has announced the creation of a public Aeronautical University in Tecámac, State of Mexico. The project aims to support the economic and industrial activities surrounding the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA).

This initiative is part of a broader educational expansion in the state, which includes plans for an Agro-food University in Coatepec Harinas, a Chemical-Biological University in Lerma, and an Electromobility University in Temascalapa. While the university will expand higher education opportunities in the region, specific details regarding the exact location, curriculum, enrollment capacity, and start date have not yet been released.
