TecnoAventura 2026 brings energy industry education to Cutral Co

More than 350 fifth-year technical students and 45 teachers from various schools in Neuquén province are participating in the TecnoAventura Tecpetrol 2026 educational program. Held at the Cutral Co Cultural Center, the initiative aims to introduce young people to the energy industry and technical sectors.

Students from 19 technical schools and the UTN Technological College are engaging in stations focused on geology, drilling, production, safety, environment, and energy transition. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical challenges, supported by professionals from Tecpetrol and EFIS. Additionally, teachers are participating in co-teaching workshops led by the Roberto Rocca Technical School. The event concludes with a competition where the winning team earns a visit to the Fortín de Piedra operations in Vaca Muerta to observe unconventional gas production.
