Tecnocall labor dispute: meeting set for October 1 in Pescara

A decisive meeting regarding the Tecnocall labor dispute is scheduled for October 1 in Pescara at the Abruzzo Regional headquarters. Convened by Tiziana Magnacca, the regional assessor for productive activities, the meeting aims to find concrete solutions for 59 workers and address the future of the industrial site in L'Aquila.

The upcoming discussions will bring together the company, trade unions, clients, and institutional representatives. Regional councilor Massimo Verrecchia noted that the meeting follows several weeks of institutional dialogue in L'Aquila and the regional council. The primary goal is to safeguard employment levels and establish a shared path to protect the workers and their families.

In a related clarification, the Hera Group stated that the 59 workers involved are regular employees of Tecnocall, whose contract with Hera is set to conclude in March as originally scheduled.
