Tecnológico de Monterrey and ASU partner to boost lifelong learning

Tecnológico de Monterrey and Arizona State University (ASU) have established a three-year strategic alliance to promote lifelong learning and continuous training programs. The partnership aims to address the evolving demands of the global labor market caused by the rapid integration of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. The collaboration will serve individuals and companies across Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

In a related discussion regarding the impact of technology on employment, specialist Scott Galloway emphasized that artificial intelligence will not necessarily eliminate jobs but will fundamentally change the rules of labor competition. Speaking at the ‘México Siglo XXI’ event, Galloway noted that individuals who master AI tools will hold a significant advantage over those who do not. He predicted that AI will create a vast number of new jobs over the next decade, while suggesting that human-centric skills like storytelling and clear communication will remain essential as machines cannot easily replace them.
