Tecsys Inc. announces election of directors and auditor renewal

Tecsys Inc. has announced the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on September 10, 2026. Shareholders representing 73.81% of the company's issued and outstanding common shares were present in person or by proxy.

During the meeting, shareholders elected seven directors: David Brereton, Peter Brereton, Andrew Kirkwood, Vernon Lobo, Kathleen Miller, Sripriya Thinagar, and Stephany Verstraete. Each candidate was elected by a majority vote. Additionally, shareholders voted to renew the mandate of KPMG LLP as the company's auditors.

The meeting was led by Chairman David Brereton, alongside President and CEO Peter Brereton and CFO Mark Bentler.
