TEDAŞ announces land expropriation in Denizli for solar energy projects

TEDAŞ 1. Region Directorate has issued notices regarding the expropriation of real estate in Denizli for the Uğurlular Tekstil GES 9 ENH and 10 ENH solar energy projects. These actions are being taken under the authority of the Electricity Market Law and the Expropriation Law.

The notices state that attempts to reach the owners of the identified properties for negotiated purchases have been unsuccessful despite address searches. Property owners are requested to apply to the TEDAŞ 1. Region Directorate in Merkezefendi, Denizli, within fifteen days of the announcement to participate in reconciliation meetings with the TEDAŞ Reconciliation Commission.

Failure to notify the Directorate of intent to participate in these meetings will result in legal action to determine expropriation prices and registration under Article 10 of the Expropriation Law.
