Teddy Pardiyana Confirmed as Heir to Lina Jubaedah’s Estate

The Bandung High Religious Court has overturned a lower‑court ruling and officially recognised Teddy Pardiyana and his son Bintang as legitimate heirs of the late singer Lina Jubaedah. The decision, issued via the e‑court system on 22 July 2026, cancels the earlier refusal that cited procedural defects.

Lina Jubaedah’s inheritance, reported to be worth billions of rupiah and comprising multiple properties and business assets, has been the subject of a years‑long public dispute involving other family members, including her son Rizky Febian and former husband Sule, who has stated he no longer has authority over the matter. Teddy’s lawyer, Wati Trisnawati, expressed gratitude for the ruling and affirmed that the heirs’ status is now a legal fact.
