Teen fatally stabbed in fight with friends in Istanbul's Arnavutköy district

A 19‑year‑old man, Ahmet Keleş, was fatally stabbed under the arm during an altercation with three friends in Arnavutköy’s Atatürk neighbourhood in Istanbul. Bystanders called emergency services; police and medical teams arrived, but Keleş died at the state hospital despite treatment.

Police detained the three suspects – identified as K. D., F. K. and E. B. – and later determined that F. K. used a knife to inflict the wound. F. K. was placed in custody and subsequently imprisoned, while K. D. and E. B. were released under judicial control. The investigation remains ongoing.
