Teen Safety School Tour 2026 launches in Hanoi

The “Teen Safety School Tour 2026 – Digital Safety for You” program officially launched on October 19 at Nam Tu Liem Secondary School in Hanoi. The initiative aims to equip students with essential digital safety skills and knowledge through a series of activities scheduled from October to December 2026.

Co-organized by the National Cybersecurity Association (NCA), TikTok, and MSD United Way Vietnam, the program operates under the patronage and direction of the Cybersecurity Department (A05) of the Ministry of Public Security. It also involves local cybersecurity and high-tech crime prevention departments (PA05) and the Digital Trust Alliance (DTA).

The curriculum is built on three main pillars: digital safety, digital health, and teen voice. The digital safety component teaches students to recognize risks such as fraud, identity theft, online grooming, cyberbullying, privacy violations, and AI-generated fake content. The digital health pillar focuses on healthy technology habits and managing screen time, while the teen voice pillar provides a platform for students to share experiences and suggest solutions for online environments.

The tour plans to visit 10 schools across five provinces and cities, reaching thousands of students and teachers. The program aligns with the government's objectives for protecting and supporting children's development in the digital environment for the 2026–2030 period.
