Teenager Kiara Selene Domínguez Cofano dies after medical emergency in Tunuyán, Argentina

Kiara Selene Domínguez Cofano, a 15‑year‑old student from Tunuyán in Mendoza Province, suffered a severe medical decompensation on the night of Tuesday. A neighbor rushed her to the Centro de Salud de Vista Flores, where she received initial care before being transferred to Hospital Scaravelli. Despite treatment, Kiara died.
