Tegma approves R$ 52 million in investments through 2027

Tegma has announced the approval of R$ 52 million in investments to be executed through 2027. The capital allocation includes R$ 12 million for paving a yard in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Pernambuco, near the Port of Suape. This expansion aims to increase capacity for national vehicle demand and support imports from Chinese automakers, which currently account for nearly 20% of national licensing.

Additionally, R$ 22 million will be used to expand the fleet of car carrier trailers for fluvial transport between Belém, Pará, and Manaus, Amazonas. This move responds to a 48% increase in vehicle sales in Amazonas since 2024. The final R$ 18 million is designated for expanding the transport equipment fleet of Fastline, a business unit specializing in the logistics of used vehicles and motorcycles.
