TEİAŞ expropriation ruling for Akkuyu-Seydişehir power line

The Konya 8th Civil Court of First Instance has ruled on an expropriation case brought by Türkiye Elektrik İletim Anonim Şirketi (TEİAŞ). The case concerns land in the Akören district of Konya, specifically for the construction of a 380 kV power line connecting the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant to Seydişehir.

The court determined that 196.00 m² of the property is required for a pylon site, while 4,255.27 m² is subject to permanent easement rights. The total expropriation value was set at 318,298.38 TL. After deducting a previous urgent expropriation payment of 2,859.64 TL, the remaining balance of 315,438.74 TL is to be paid to the landowners according to their inheritance shares.
