Teikyo Nagaoka advances to Hokushinetsu baseball finals

Teikyo Nagaoka High School advanced to the finals of the 155th Hokushinetsu District High School Baseball Tournament after defeating Toyama Commercial 4-2 on October 17. The match, held at HARD OFF ECO Stadium Niigata, serves as a key selection event for next spring's Senbatsu tournament.

Teikyo Nagaoka took an early lead in the fourth inning with consecutive RBI hits. They extended their advantage in the sixth inning through further timely hits and aggressive base running. While Toyama Commercial attempted a comeback with a run in the sixth following an error and another in the ninth inning, Teikyo Nagaoka maintained their lead to secure the victory.
