Teknika Plast and other Turkish firms launch IPO demand collection

Several companies in Turkey have commenced the demand collection process for their initial public offerings (IPOs).

Teknika Plast, a manufacturer of hard plastic food packaging and industrial products founded in 1993, is increasing its issued capital from 100 million TL to 125 million TL through a 25 million TL capital increase. The shares are priced at a fixed rate of 85.40 TL, with the demand collection period scheduled for August 12-14, 2026. The company reported 5.8 billion TL in sales revenue for 2025.

Additionally, Kapeks Kimya Sanayi A. Ş. has begun its IPO process with shares priced at 94 TL. The offering involves 25.1 million shares, with allocations distributed among domestic individual, domestic institutional, and international institutional investors.

Türker Vangölü Enerji Yatırım A. Ş. is also conducting a public offering. The process will run for three business days from August 12 to August 14, 2026, involving the sale of 65 million shares. The allocation is split equally between domestic individual and domestic institutional investors at 45% each.
