Telangana ACB searches properties of NIMS official in assets probe

The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has conducted simultaneous searches at 13 locations linked to Dr. Nori Lakshmi Bhaskar, the Additional Medical Superintendent of NIMS.

The investigation is part of a disproportionate assets case, focusing on allegations that the official acquired wealth exceeding his known sources of income. ACB teams are currently examining financial records, property documents, and other relevant materials across three different districts.

As of the latest reports, the ACB has not disclosed the specific amount of cash, jewellery, or other assets recovered during the operation. The investigation remains ongoing.
