Telangana Police launches TG-Veer portal for martyrs' families

Telangana Police Director General CV Anand has launched 'TG-Veer,' a dedicated grievance portal for the families of police martyrs. The platform serves as a centralized hub where families can register complaints regarding financial assistance, compassionate appointments, plot allotments, and other benefits.

The portal also provides a centralized repository of service profiles, family details, received benefits, and relevant government orders. Senior officials can monitor and track complaints at both the unit and state levels. To facilitate access, the DGP issued QR code-enabled family cards, which allow members to reach the portal directly by scanning the code.

During a visit to the Warangal Commissionerate, DGP Anand met with families of 28 police martyrs who lost their lives while combating Naxalism. He addressed several pending issues raised by the families, including pensions, registration matters, and ex-gratia payments, pledging to present these concerns to the government for resolution.
