Telangana's MeeSeva platform records 2.2 lakh transactions in a day

On July 31, 2026, the Telangana government's MeeSeva digital citizen service platform logged 2,20,172 transactions, the highest single‑day volume since its launch. The figure far surpasses the usual 70,000‑80,000 daily registrations.

Information Technology Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu attributed the surge to recent technological upgrades, integration of new services, and growing citizen confidence. The most requested services were Family Card applications, Transport Department services, and Income Certificate applications. The platform handled the load without technical disruptions, underscoring its reliability as a key conduit for a wide range of government services, including certificates, registrations, utility payments and more.
