Telecom Egypt outlines October 2026 landline billing and payment procedures
Telecom Egypt (WE) has outlined the billing and payment procedures for landline services for October 2026. Under the company’s billing system, which may cover consumption for up to three months, customers are provided a grace period to settle dues before service restrictions are applied.
According to the payment schedule, full service—including making and receiving calls—is available during the first 20 days after the invoice is issued. From the 21st to the 27th of the month, service is restricted to incoming calls only. The 28th serves as the final deadline for payment to avoid service suspension.
Customers can check their outstanding balances via the official Telecom Egypt website by logging into a personal account or creating a new one using details such as name, area code, landline number, email, and mobile number.
Available payment methods include the My WE application, the company’s website using bank cards, physical WE branches and exchanges, Egypt Post offices, and various authorized electronic payment services.
