Telecom providers in India offer diverse prepaid data and 5G plans

Telecom operators in India are offering various prepaid plans catering to different data and validity needs. Reliance Jio provides a 98-day plan for Rs 999, which includes 2GB of high-speed daily data, unlimited voice calling, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited 5G data for compatible users. This plan also features a JioHotstar Mobile subscription and Google AI Pro access.

In a comparison of 5G base plans, Jio offers a Rs 198 plan with 14 days of validity, 2GB daily data, and unlimited 5G usage. In contrast, Bharti Airtel offers a Rs 349 plan for increased service validity and a Rs 198 plan for unlimited 5G data.

BSNL provides a specialized data pack for Rs 39, offering 20GB of mobile data with a one-day validity. This plan is designed for high-volume single-day usage, such as downloading large files, and maintains a speed of 40kbps after the 20GB limit is reached. Unlike the Jio and Airtel plans, this BSNL offer is strictly for data and does not include calling or SMS services.
