Telecommunication Company of Iran launches intelligent internet speed test system

The Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI) has launched a new intelligent internet speed test system designed to monitor and improve connection quality. The platform, accessible via Speedtest.tci.ir, allows users to independently assess their internet speed and service quality 24 hours a day.

According to CEO Hossein Darvishi, the system aims to increase subscriber satisfaction and assist the company in identifying and resolving technical issues. Morteza Bahrami, Deputy of Information Technology, noted that the tool is designed in two tiers. While the general public can use the direct speed test link, TCI subscribers can access the service through MyFTTH.tci.ir or Internet.tci.ir. This specialized access allows subscribers to save their test history, enabling them to track the stability and performance of their service over time.
