Telecommunications providers DIGI and Orange announce new service updates

Telecommunications operators in the Iberian Peninsula are introducing new service structures and promotions. In Portugal, a comparison of major providers including MEO, NOS, Vodafone, and DIGI highlights the cost differences between bundled packages (TV, internet, voice, and mobile) and individual service contracts. DIGI offers highly competitive pricing for combined fiber and mobile services compared to traditional operators.

In Spain, DIGI has expanded its roaming services to include Uzbekistan, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, the Central African Republic, and Mauritania. Roaming costs vary significantly by destination, ranging from approximately 1.84 euros per GB in Uzbekistan to 90 euros per GB in Mauritania.

Additionally, Orange has launched a promotion for its prepaid TV plans, offering an extra 20 GB of data per recharge. This increases the data limits for its 15, 20, and 25 euro plans to 100 GB, 280 GB, and 340 GB respectively, while maintaining existing pricing and 5G connectivity.
