Telefe has announced the premiere date for the talent competition Popstars, scheduled to debut on Monday, August 24, at 21:30. The program will be broadcast simultaneously on Telefe and the streaming platform Disney+.

Hosted by Nico Vázquez, the musical reality show features a judging panel including producer Charlie García, urban music artist Nicki Nicole, and performer Ángela Torres. Additionally, Martín Cirio will serve as a spiritual coach to support the contestants' emotional growth.

The production aims to form a new Argentine pop band through a series of auditions and training stages. Digital content will be integrated via a “React” segment on Streams Telefe featuring Sofía Gonet, Julieta Poggio, and Valen Rizzuti, as well as exclusive behind-the-scenes content on Disney+.
