Telekom Macedonia executives report dissatisfaction with General Director

Internal dissatisfaction has emerged within Telekom Macedonia regarding the absence of General Director Goran Markovic. According to company sources, Markovic has not appeared at the company's headquarters in Skopje for approximately 30 days, reportedly remaining in Montenegro during this period.

Management structures have expressed frustration because other executives have had to assume the bulk of his duties and responsibilities during his absence. This discontent is further compounded by reports of a significant pay gap; Markovic reportedly receives a monthly compensation of at least 20,000 euros, which is substantially higher than the earnings of other managers and employees at the company.

While his absence from the headquarters does not necessarily mean he is not fulfilling his formal duties, the current organizational arrangement has caused friction. Telekom Macedonia has not officially confirmed the claims regarding his absence or his specific compensation amount.
