A customer reported receiving unsolicited sales offers from a Munich-based representative for 'Firma AB' despite being an employee of 'Firma XY'. Following repeated instances of incorrect email associations, the individual submitted a formal request for information under Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In response to the inquiry, Telekom provided details regarding the processing of the individual's personal data. The company confirmed that the data, including name, address, telephone, and mobile numbers, is stored within the context of 'Firma XY' under a specific customer number.
