Telekom Serbia to pay 2.2 bn‑dinar dividend, near €3 bn revenue, expand 5G and e‑vignette services

General Director Vladimir Lučić said Telekom Serbia will distribute a dividend of 2.2 billion dinars in December, adding to more than €1.1 billion paid over the past 25 years. He noted that first‑half 2025 results point to revenues close to €3 billion and an operating profit of about €1.1 billion, with a record 2025 revenue of €2.3 billion and profit of €1.3 billion.

Lučić highlighted the company’s 5G strategy: a financing deal with the U.S. Exim Bank, making Telekom Serbia the first operator in Europe with a direct Exim contract, and a plan to cover 98 % of the population with quality 5G within three years. He also mentioned a $14 billion investor interest and the issuance of corporate bonds on the Dublin exchange, the only Western Balkan firm with a credit rating.

In addition, Telekom Serbia will enable customers who bought electronic toll‑tag devices to purchase e‑vignettes for nine EU countries, with Germany, Austria and Switzerland to follow. Lučić said the roaming charge removal for EU travel is in its final phase and that the company is expanding content services to Slovenia via the Mova platform.
