Telekom Slovenije shares sold by Darija and Vesna Južna

The husband‑and‑wife investors Darija and Vesna Južna, through their company Perspektiva FT, exited their ownership of Telekom Slovenije. The couple held almost a 2 % stake (1.94 % as of 30 June) and sold the shares in July in a transaction valued at €19.4 million, confirmed by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on 24 July.

The Južnas said the sale was “just a change in the investment portfolio” and declined to comment on whether they had lost confidence in the state‑controlled operator or how the proceeds would be used. They also renounced any dividend rights from the sale. Telekom Slovenije’s shareholders’ meeting on 20 August will decide on the allocation of €53.5 million of profit, with a proposal to pay about €4.60 per share in dividends. Perspektiva FT remains listed among the ten largest shareholders on the company’s official website.
